Instagram best 9

It's the time for looking back over the past year. I'm not one for concentrating on chasing stats but I do find it interesting to see which pictures others like and compare that to my favourites. So, here's two grids of 9 images, the first is those which gained the most likes on Instagram (where it's easy to compare 'likes') and the second grid is nine of my favourite images I posted this year. Interestingly there's only one image on both grids.
Doing this exercise made me realise how many images from this last year I've not got around to posting, must do better next year!

There's been some wonderfully icy conditions recently, sadly now gone. These provided lots of unusual photo opportunities. I loved the way these air bubbles had formed in a pond with a few contrasting orange leaves.
