I've been lucky to spend the last few days on the gorgeous South Wales coast. We rented a flat right by the beach, I had plans for late sunset walks and early mornings on the beach but the weather didn't quite play ball! We had a gorgeous first day and after that we had fog, rain and wind which made photography difficult but it was still beautiful. This was taken on our first evening, I love the huge Welsh beaches, whatever the weather.

I love the Three-Cornered Leek which fills corners of my garden at this time of year, I understand it's edible but I've not tried it yet, it certainly smells good and garlicy, anyone out there eat it? I love to watch the bees dash from flower to flower, which is one of the reasons it gets to stay even though it spreads like mad!

The last few weeks have been a bit bonkers and I've not got out much with my camera, finally yesterday I got out for a walk and realised how much the woods have changed, summer has arrived! Meanwhile I've not posted much from early spring so I've some catching up to do. This is one image from a misty morning in the local woods, I sort of think it looks like a double exposure but it's not. These trees are now full with big green leaves, nature changes so quickly!
